By understanding our market needs, we are able to improve and this objective is undoubtedly attainable thanks to the support and services provided to customers and users from the Customer Service Centre (SAC). We want to bring the port environment closer to the industrial sector, so that we can engage in a knowledge exchange process and therefore overcome the traditional distance experienced by end customers from the true port context.
