The fishermen... Word games
Educational justification
If we make activities entertaining and fun, students learn much more. Using our creativity and imagination, we can create things that didn’t exist before. Many authors have imagined situations that they have included in their literary works. However, if we take a closer look at stories about the bay and the Port of Santander, we see that there are lots of legacies that touch on the present. The Bay of Santander has inspired many authors to write. Within an informal and fun framework, we can look out on the bay with our students and write poems. Games with words can motivate and help with these creations. This is a good way of working with poetry, which is often a difficult topic to get students involved in.

When?: After or during the visit.
Using what?: The student file, paper and pen.
